To view hidden files, open Windows Explorer go to Tools>Folder Options>View Tab>Click the show hidden files and folders button.

Same problem here too, was in the game fine earlier on, then randomly disconnected during play and havent been able to log back in since. Have just finished reinstalling the game, same thing. My ISP is Pipex, who are now running on the Tiscali net...
